Our Personal Shopping Appointments provide one-to-one advice to help you select the right furniture — from sofas and beds to dining and occasional pieces.
During your appointment, we can help with:

- Fabric, leather and finish selection
- Coordinating pieces across your space
This service is complimentary and takes place in our showroom.
Interior Design Consultation
Our Interior Design Consultations provide design-led guidance to help you plan and refine your space — from individual rooms to full-home schemes.
During your consultation, we can assist with:
- Furniture layout planning
- Colour and material palettes
- Lighting and accessory selection
- 2D and 3D visuals and moodboards, where appropriate
Consultations take place in our showroom, with further design services available as your project progresses.
Sleep Room Appointment
Choosing a bed or mattress is not something that should be rushed. That’s why we invite customers to experience our dedicated Sleep Room — a quiet, relaxing space within our showroom designed specifically for focused sleep consultations.
Here, you are encouraged to:
- Take your time lying on different beds and mattresses
- Compare comfort, support and feel without distraction
- Ask questions and receive expert, one-to-one guidance
- Make decisions based on how your body responds, not just how a bed looks
